What happens when I sign up?
We ask you for a password and you use your email address as your username. We don’t require any further information. You simply sign up in 15 seconds for the account which suits your needs. You will receive the allocation of emails you have bought every month (we call these Thermometers) to send whenever you wish.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Customer Thermometer is a pay-monthly service. There are no contracts or commitments, you will simply be charged monthly on your credit card. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, and you won’t be billed ever again. Even if you stop your monthly payments your reporting will remain active unless you ask us to close it.
Does my email allowance expire if I don’t use it?
We allow you to hold double your monthly allowance in your account at any one time. If you don’t use your allowance, emails will remain in your account and will not expire until your account reaches double your allowance. At this point, no more will be added at the end of each monthly cycle, until there is space for more to be allocated. So, for example, if you are signed up to the 200 emails/month account, we will allow you to hold a maximum of 400 emails in the account at any one time.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Just click on the “Upgrade” tab after you’ve logged into your account and you can upgrade (or downgrade) from there. Note your new monthly billing cycle will then begin from the date you upgrade.
Could I make a one-off annual payment?
Yes. In some cases we can arrange annual payment via invoice. Drop us a line with your requirements and we’ll help.
Are there any additional charges?
No. Every Customer Thermometer plan gives you one login which you may share and use with colleagues concurrently. The plans are based on the number of individual Thermometers (emails) you will be sending each month – one Thermometer goes to one individual.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa & Mastercard debit and credit cards as well as American Express.
Is my contact data safe and secure?
Yes. Contact lists are only accessible by users with the correct login and password. Customer Thermometer staff do not have access to account contact data or passwords. If you lose your password we can only change it, not provide it. If you choose to cancel your subscription, which you are of course free to do at any time, you may request all data is completely removed from our servers.
