Rocketseed Email Signature Manager

Rocketseed is a third party application which allows you to centrally manage your email signatures. Our integration with Rocketseed enables Customer Thermometer signature surveys to be automatically included in the signature on every email sent by Rocketseed.

Rocketseed can manage email signatures across Outlook 365, Outlook Exchange, Salesforce and Gsuite, and the feedback you receive is fully trackable and identifiable.

Setting up Rocketseed for Outlook 365, Outlook Exchange and G-Suite

In Customer Thermometer, create a new Embedded Thermometer. Choose “Basic Links” from the list of available integrations.

After you have chosen your icon set and updated your Thermometer details, click ‘Generate embed code’ to add your Rocketseed custom fields. These fields will allow you to pull in the recipient email address and other data that is accessible from within the Rocketseed platform.

We have a few of the Rocketseed custom fields here for you to use:

Customer Thermometer will then generate the tracking links for each button on the right hand side. As above.

Once they’ve been created, send the links and your chosen icons to your on boarding team at Rocketseed who are experts at creating beautiful singautes with your survey icons neatly embedded.

From there, the Rocketseed team will ensure you have the perfect design and layout and that all the data you need to track is being pulled into your Customer Thermometer reporting.

Final steps

Once you’ve set Rocketseed up with Customer Thermometer, you’ll need to finalize your landing pages. You can enable a comment field, add your logo, customize the wording, and lots more!

Simply go to ‘Manage Thermometers‘, and click to edit your Thermometer. Our guide to Creating landing pages will take you through the options…and if you’d like some inspiration, take a look at our top tips for beautiful landing pages.

Don’t forget you can also enable instant email alerts, and set a lockout to prevent the same person responding more than once within a chosen timeframe.
