The Targets tab is an area for you to set targets, which can be tracked over time within the Historical data part of the tab

In addition, your Average Temperature rating target will appear on your dashboard, when set.

Access Targets here:


Enter your agreed targets into the 4 Target boxes (or 5 boxes, if NPS is enabled).

Your Target reporting will then display where you are against target.

Green indicates things are good. Red indicates you’re below target.
As you can see, in the above example, things aren’t going too well.

Targets run for a calendar month.

Historical data from previous calendar months are calculated on the 1st of the next month and displayed in the table below the Targets setting area.

If you’ve been using Customer Thermometer for several months without using Targets and decide to enter targets, we will calculate historical data is a one time set up and display it in the table below.

What’s the difference between the metrics?

Temperature rating provides a single number per Blast to benchmark trends.

Happiness factor is the %age happy vs %age disappointed responses.

NPS score, when enabled, provides your Net Promoter Scores.
