Temperature Trend tracking or, “TempTrack” allows you to see trends and response data for either specific individuals or companies.
Access TempTrack here:
Select your date range.
To view an individual’s data, enter an email address into the Email address box.
To view a company’s data, enter “*@companydomain.com” into the Email address box.
Click “Generate report”.
What’s the difference between the metrics?
Temperature rating provides a single number per Blast to benchmark trends.
Happiness factor is the %age happy vs %age disappointed responses.
NPS score, when enabled, provides your Net Promoter Scores.
