Who we’re looking for right now

Start date: Immediate start.
We’re looking for a graduate who has a flair for written communication to join our growing team.
The role will encompass the creation and management of our online content, marketing website, supporting the creation of user guide content and thought-leadership pieces, infographics, playbooks, research and stats for our blog. You’ll also get involved in partner marketing, assisting with the creation of content and outreach with our key integration partners like Zendesk, ServiceNow, Microsoft.
Full training will be given, we hire for enthusiasm and aptitude rather that experience. We are ideally looking for candidates with very strong written skills and a lot of curiosity. A degree in English, Psychology, History or similar, and an interest in both the online world and business in general is an distinct advantage.
