We built Customer Thermometer to make giving feedback as simple and effective as possible. It’s a survey designed with the user in mind. For too long, customer surveys have been designed with market researchers’ needs at heart, never the customer’s.
Our fresh new approach to surveys is so compelling that our customers see their response rates, and their insight, shooting up. After what seemed like a mission 5 years ago – the one click feedback concept is now loved and embraced by some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies. (there are thousands of them… and you can read what they have to say here…)
We like to do things a little differently at Customer Thermometer. We’re a distributed organization, so we have no offices and everyone works from home. Within reason, you can pick your working hours and have a huge degree of flexibility about the way you work. In return, we expect a great job to be done, and we look for people who are accountable for their own workload and take responsibility for their stuff.
Inbound Marketing Manager – location: anywhere; homeworking
We have a superb ‘inbound’ machine at Customer Thermometer. Because of the viral nature of our product, we already have a great flow of inbound leads, trial account holders and customers, purely through word of mouth and people seeing the service in action. We’re looking for someone who can help turbo-boost our inbound machine. The role would involve handling our SEO, email marketing and conversion process optimization. Over time, the role would grow to encompass handling our SEM and paid acquisition activities.
Sales Manager – location: US; homeworking
We’re looking for someone based in one of our biggest markets, the USA. The role encompasses two main responsibilities – the first is proactively targeting new business within companies and niches that we already serve. The second is progressing the inbound leads and interest we already have coming in, to help potential new customers to on-board and purchase.
Graduate trainee – location: North America or UK; homeworking
All the Customer Thermometer team started their careers on a graduate scheme. We have one place available this year for a bright, sparky and enthusiastic graduate to join our team. We don’t mind what your degree is in but you must be a persuasive writer and be happy to motivate yourself. Where you end up in the company is up to you – sales, marketing, support, technical – it’s all up for grabs!
