We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Jim Turner as COO of Customer Thermometer, who starts with us today.
Jim brings with him a wealth of experience in building and growing businesses and will be responsible for driving Customer Thermometer to the next level, building on the solid foundation and momentum already enjoyed by the business in its first 6 years.
Jim has previously been involved with high growth technology and customer marketing businesses ranging from Madgex through to Fresh Egg. He was most recently CEO of tech marketing business, Qualifa. He will be focused on building a platform that allows us to deliver magical customer service and an excellent experience as we continue our rapid growth.
Jim brings Customer Thermometer a great mix of know-how, inspiration, operational experience, technical breadth, and passion for customer service. We count ourselves lucky to find someone that has such a perfect set of skills for this opportunity.
