Brighton, UK — 1 March 2020 — Customer Thermometer, a market leader in survey solutions, has today announced the appointment of its Managing Director, Jim Turner, to Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth and market expansion.

Customer Thermometer is undergoing huge growth and his appointment will support the company as it scales. The company is currently growing at 50% year-on-year and now serves 1,600 customers across 60+ countries.

Having run the company’s operations and latterly led the business as Managing Director, Jim has been instrumental to the growth and success of the company; with Customer Thermometer having tripled in size during his tenure. Jim has 10 years’ experience in the technology, media and services sectors and was previously CEO of a tech lead generation business. He specializes in creating operationally efficient businesses with strong and thriving cultures.

He takes on the CEO role from the company’s founder, Lindsay Willott, allowing Lindsay to focus on the company’s strategy, CX reputation, vision, mission and international expansion.
